COMPANY OVERVIEW
Since our inception in 1987, Ball Service Group has been dedicated to representing the highest quality through our products, our service and our manufacturing practices.
Our proven track record has earned us both a sound reputation in our industry, and long-term relationships with our clients. Some of the markets we service are: automotive, construction, and industrial process equipment manufacturers.
We are able to produce an extensive range of custom metal fabrications with skill and accuracy, just-in-time delivery and competitive pricing.

FACILITY & STAFF
Our present location, built in 2000, is within the technology triangle of Ontario which makes it ideally situated to service much of the province quickly and efficiently.
Our 44,000 square foot plant includes:
1 – 35 ton, 1 – 25 ton, 1 – 15 ton, 4 – 10 ton, and 2 – 5 ton overhead cranes for material handling;
a shear, brake, saws, CNC coping machine, and plasma cutting machine for material preparation;
MIG/TIG/Stud welders for fabrication; and
a paint booth for product finishing.
Our fenced property is monitored 24 hours with a security system to ensure a protected facility for both our equipment and our customers' products.

QUALITY
Quality is paramount with all manufacturers, and so our customers look to us for superior workmanship in all sizes and types of jobs. The development of good procedures and detailed inspection reports, combined with our experienced staff, has resulted in Ball Service Group becoming known for attention to details and quality results.
Ball Service Group has over 30 welding procedures certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau to CSA W47.1 Division 2.1 standards. As well, we are qualified with the American Welding Society to the D1.1 standard.
With a retained welding engineer, a formal quality assurance policy, and associates qualified in non-destructive testing, we provide the expert knowledge and results required to support your ISO 9000 standards and your business needs.
