Automation and Fixturing

 

Modular Fixtures

  • Our modular fixtures allow us to rapidly mount and batch parts in our CNC machines resulting in reduced costs and shorter turn around times.
  • Our fixtures are adaptable to fit a wide variety of geometries in various quantities depending on part size.
  • For complex geometries or parts requiring a larger envelope we can develop custom fixtures as needed.

Automation

  • Our 5-axis CNC has an automated pallet changer with 10 pallets.
